Combat sambo and jacket wrestling for BJJ players, wrestlers and MMA fighters. A week on the mat with BESTIOS, a Polish club running since 2011, and evenings in the forest.
If you roll in a gi, you already have half of sambo in your hands. The other half is what the jacket does when the fight stays on the feet, and what the rules let you do to a leg.
Sambo throws are built for a jacket without a belt and a shorter kurtka. Grips, angles and entries differ from judo and from gi BJJ, and they transfer straight back to your own game.
Leg entanglements are not an advanced module here, they are the starting vocabulary. You will drill them against resistance from the first session.
Sambo scoring rewards finishing the takedown on your feet. That habit fixes more MMA and no-gi problems than another hour of guard retention.
Training runs twice a day in Bialystok, in the club's own room. Between sessions we move out to the Knyszyn Forest: recovery, sauna, walking, and nothing that resembles a hotel conference package.
Dates and pricing for the next edition are set once the group is confirmed. The waitlist gets them first, and gets the early rate.
No payment, no commitment. You get the dates, the price and the training plan before anyone else.

An eleven page PDF condensed from Walka Sambo, the Polish sambo manual, and written for someone who already knows how to grip a gi. Seven entries, grip by grip. No email course, no drip sequence, one file.
If you are in Podlasie, you do not need a camp. The club trains every week: sambo, BJJ, MMA, boxing and Systema, for adults and for kids.
Write in English. Questions about level, insurance, visas, the room, the forest, or bringing a training partner are all normal and all answered.
